1. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests will only be considered within 10 hours of placing the order.
  • However, cancellation requests may not be accepted if:
    • The order has already been processed and dispatched.
    • The product is out for delivery.

In such cases, you may refuse to accept the product at the time of delivery.


2. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report it to our customer support within 10 days of receiving the product.
  • The product will be inspected by our team or the respective seller to verify the issue.
  • Upon approval, we will process a replacement or refund as per our policy.
  • Replacement/exchanged items will be delivered within 7-10 days

3. Product Not as Described

  • If you feel the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, please notify our customer service team within 10 days of delivery.
  • After reviewing your complaint, a suitable resolution will be provided, which may include replacement or refund.

4. Return & Exchange Policy

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided:
    • The item is unused and in its original condition.
    • The item is in its original packaging.
    • Sale or discounted items are non-returnable unless found to be defective or damaged.
    • Exchanged product will be deliver within 3-5 working days.

Certain products may be non-returnable or non-refundable, such as:

  • Personal care items that have been opened.
  • Items clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

5. Refund Process

  • Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
  • If approved, the refund will be credited within 5 working days to your original mode of payment.

6. Warranty-related Complaints

  • For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are advised to contact the manufacturer directly for repairs or replacement.
